酒店服務良好，服務人員熱心協助此次旅行其它問題！真的很棒！環境舒適，公共空間及設施也非常好，樓下有咖啡廳早餐，酒店有免費的巴士可以到其它地區，並附有停車位！房間衛浴都很乾淨！毛巾稍微有點味道，其他都沒有問題！地點方便！

房間非常好，設施齊全，樓頂有健身房桑拿房泳池憑房卡都能免費進。但是附近交通不太方便，城軌地鐵都較遠，但打車十分鐘可以到klcc，夜景非常棒

Very convenient for the families members. Just opposite Gleneagles across the road. Clean, convenient and new. Disadvantages is 1 time cleaning only when check in time. If you stay 5 nights, no room make up because this is service suite. However, it's very convenient for those who have family members admitted at Gleneagles Ampang.

Bad -Lobby to small and narrow -Room excess need to key in password every time -Room smell very strong of chemical ,gave headache (i went out and bought 2 can of Ambu Pur Car Fresheners) Good -Room looks new and clean -Lift excess good just scan your card -Have garbage room -Parking good and secure with excess card

Strategic location for visiting patients at Gleneagles hospital. The front desk is very helpful when we are having issue when checking in. Check in and check out are convenient. Carpark is provided.👍🏻
